Kaitlin Kinsey is from Dallas, Texas, and has 17 years of dance training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, and hip-hop. In her pre-professional years, she trained at Prodigy Dance and Performing Arts Centre under the direction of Camille Billelo and performed works by Andrew Winghart, Dana Foglia, and Jenna Johnson. She has performed at the Dallas Cowboys Halftime Show both in 2010 and 2011, and danced in Wanderlust Dance Project’s concert in Dallas in 2016 and 2018, under the direction of Addison Holmes, in works by Giovanni Allen, Brian Stevens, and Chad Vaught.


She went on to graduate from Sam Houston State University with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance in May of 2019. She performed in various concerts with the dance department during her college career, in works by Jennifer Pontius, Joshua Manculich, and Jared Doster. As a dance instructor since 2012, she has taught classes in ballet/tap/tumble, jazz, ballet, contemporary, musical theatre, and lyrical.


She is currently teaching and choreographing in Dallas and is so excited to start her second season as a company dancer with Zion Dance Project, under the direction of Vincent and Abigail Hardy.
