Cancellation Policy

CLASSROOM EXPRECTATIONS Honor, love, and respect for one another are important at ZDP. All participants are expected to interact well with each other and maintain a loving and celebratory culture in all classes. We desire for the studio environment to be a brave and safe space to take risks, ask questions, work through challenges, learn from failures, and grow into the fullness of all God has for us! In the spirit of honor, please arrive on time for class, and always give your full attention to whomever is speaking whether that be directors, teachers, assistant, guest lecturer, or fellow artists. DOCUMENTATION & PROMOTION Documentation of classes will be taken for archival and promotional purposes. By joining ZDP, dancers grant ZDP permission to photograph, audiotape, and videotape any and all activities associated with performances, rehearsals, and workshops. Photographs, audiotapes, and videotapes used for documentation and promotion are the property of ZDP. Documentation of ZDP Repertory is not to be reproduced (for live performance or via media documentation without the written permission from ZDP). RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY The Dancer agrees to participate in ZDP classes and does so at the Dancer’s own risk. The Dancer hereby voluntarily consents to the risks inherent in contact with the activities performed with and for ZDP, the risks of which are known, apparent and reasonably foreseeable. ZDP shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained by the Dancer in ZDP’s rehearsals, classes, workshops, and performances. This includes all ZDP rehearsals, classes, workshops, and performances, regardless of the location and venue. The Dancer expressly assumes the full risk of' personal injury and responsibility for any and all injuries or damages that may occur to the Dancer in rehearsals, classes, workshops, and performances. The Dancer and the Dancer’s heirs, executors and administrators fully and forever releases, waves and discharges ZDP (its Artistic Director, Project Manager, Social Media Coordinator and all ZDP’s agents, volunteers and constituents) from ANY and ALL claims, including but not limited to, claims of negligence, liabilities, including, but not limited to strict liability in tort, losses, demands, damages, expenses, rights of action or causes of action, present or future whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the dancer's participation with ZDP
