For those who have been moving with me…feeling, exploring, encountering God through your body— I’ve been discovering something deeper by studying the design of the body. There are pathways in the body that most of us were never taught to access. Circuits in the fascia, connections that go beyond muscle and shapes, places where the body doesn’t just express— it responds. And I’ve been learning how to work with that.
