Embodied Faith - Fascia Science - Nervous System Renewal
Our online embodiment classes offer a space to explore movement as a pathway into deeper awareness, restoration, and connection. Rooted in embodied faith, fascia-informed movement, and nervous system renewal, these sessions invite participants to slow down, listen to the body, and experience movement as both practice and presence.
Classes are taught by Vincent Hardy and held live via Zoom, allowing you to participate from anywhere in the world in the comfort of your own home. Open to all ages and all levels of movement or dance experience, this is a welcoming environment for dancers, movers, and anyone curious about reconnecting with their body through guided exploration. Whether you are returning to your body, seeking sustainable ways to move, or longing for a deeper connection between faith and embodiment, this is a space to practice together — wherever you are.

For those who have been moving with me…
feeling, exploring, encountering the divine through your body—
We will always have space to move, to feel, to encounter.
But over this past season, I’ve been discovering something deeper.
There are pathways in the body that most of us were never taught to access.
Circuits in the fascia… connections that go beyond muscle and shape…places where the body doesn’t just express— it responds. And I’ve been learning how to work with that.
So for the month of April, I’m opening up a new layer. We’re stepping into what I’m calling
Theo-Somatic Fascia Maneuvers —learning how to engage the body as a living, responsive temple.
If you’ve been in the space of “move and feel,” this will take you into move, understand, and transform.
This is not about performing. This is not about getting it right. This is about learning how to listento the intelligence already within you. April is an invitation.
